Room was clean with working air conditioning. loud AC at night was annoying.

I had a lovely one-night stay in a spacious corner king room that felt fresh and updated, especially with the new drapes and wall coverings. The hotel offered a great outdoor pool and a nice patio area for relaxing after a long day. The only bummer was some minor issues with the TV channels, but overall, it was a pleasant experience! 😊

The walk-in shower was refreshing, but the clogged shower made my stay uncomfortable.

I loved the comfortable bed with feather and hypoallergenic pillows. also, the free toiletries were a nice touch. the spa facilities really helped me chill out after a long day. on top of that, their outdoor pool was perfect for relaxation.

i had a pleasant stay here and appreciated the comfort of the king room. my previous visit to charlotte was good, but this time hilton truly exceeded my expectations with the warm hospitality and the upgraded interior. it was nice to unwind in such a relaxing environment after a busy day.
